Job Description
- Perform daily work with high complexity, including data entry, bookkeeping, preparing financial and accounting reports, and reconciliation operating activities
- Assist in preparing routine documentation and monitoring account
- Executing routine accounting administration, recording, and filing all documents needed
- Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data and verifying data
- Ensure accounting processes are properly executed and assist process improvement when necessary
- Support finance and accounting with special projects and workflow process improvements
- Helping accounting manager to develop and implement accounting procedures; recommending changes
- Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Willing to be placed in Bandung and full WFO
- Have basic knowledge of Accounting
- At least 4 years in a related field is required
- Please note that the role is for 6 months contract
- Proficient in operating Ms.Office, and Google Sheets, and have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel (able to use formulas related to finance)
- Proficiency in in accounting software/ERP (preferably Oracle NetSuite)
- Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team
- Fast learner with a high level of accuracy in completing the work
- Highly motivated and well organized
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible person ready to work in a fast-paced regional startup
