Finance, Accounting, And Tax Manager

Managing and controlling company's cash flow, which includes incoming and outgoing flow of funds, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reviewing and preparing company's financial performance reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Budgets).
- Organizing financial data into usable information and maintaining updated records including accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions, ensuring all financial information is recorded accurately.
- Overseeing every process of collecting and analyzing all corporate finance, accounting, and tax information
- Participating in tax checking and assessment.
- Implementing Finance, Accounting, Tax policy and procedures in accordance with the company's target.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 15 years of working experience in related fields is required for the position, 10 of which in a managerial position.
- In depth understanding of finance and accounting systems, including outgoing and incoming cash flows.
- Strong management skills in handling cash flows, budgeting, risk, audit, tax, and making informed strategic decision in relation to business plan.
- Preferably from an accounting firm or has an experience as an auditor.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to increase cost efficiency in handling company's cash flows.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, to convey complex information in a clear manner to team members and other stakeholders.
- Preferably experienced with SAP FICO.
