Finance & Accounting Lead - Sekuritas

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Finance and Accounting Lead to join our team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing our accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies as well as regulatory standards. As a Finance and Accounting Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger, financial report, and MKBD
- Develop and maintain accounting and finance policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
- Maintaining and updating financial records and databases, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and tax filings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Lead the accounting and finance team, providing guidance and mentoring
- Collaborate with other functions related to cases, and finance and accounting projects

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification such as CPA is preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably work experience in Sekuritas
- Proficient user of Accounting/ Finance tools
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
