Finance & Accounting Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

BANDUNG BASED-3 DAYS WORK FROM ANYWHERE
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments.
- Develop and manage budgets, and provide financial forecasts to support business decisions.
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team to enhance performance and ensure efficient operations.
JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in F&B.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial regulations, and F&B industry practices.
