Finance & Accounting Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations. The Finance & Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic guidance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the company's budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to support business decisions and drive financial improvements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, oversee tax filings, and manage tax planning.
- Monitor cash flow, manage cash positions, and ensure sufficient funds for company operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements in financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience 3 years in a financial management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
