The main job:
Monitor and evaluate as well as make improvements to the entire process of payment transactions and bill collection in accordance with applicable procedures, as well as prepare and evaluate Financial Reports so that operational activities can run smoothly and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and implement the entire Organizational Strategy and Financial Planning.
Develop financial planning (Financial Budgeting) for the short-term and long-term goals of the organization
Supervise financial implementation activities such as Supplier payments, Customer payments, financial data, and account reconciliation.
Checking and managing receivables and payables, realization of costs against the budget (budget) that has been prepared, cash flow, and daily transactions.
Evaluating the Company's financial performance and measuring ROI (Return on Investment) as well as providing advice and input on financial management in the following year.
Responsible for all credit/debit memo issuance activities, invoices, and payment document compliance.
Prepare and evaluate the financial reporting of the entire company.
