Finance & Accounting Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, budgeting, organizing and controlling Finance & Accounting
- Provide financial reports and interpreted financial information
- Managing and overseeing daily operation activities of the financial
- Oversee and manage general Finance & Accounting functions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor / Master degree in Finance / Accounting or Business Administration
- Having minimum 3 years experiences in finance & accounting managerial roles
- Having experience in Big 4 Public Accountants are most likely
- Having experience in Property/ Developer / Real Estate are preferred
- Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
- Excellent knowledge of accounting & tax policy, AR/AP, costing and budgeting, cashflow weekly and monthly report, financial audit and financial forecast
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Finance & Accounting Manager: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
