The Financial Operations Manager for Flights, NFTs, and Refunds is responsible for managing and overseeing all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with PSAK standards, and coordinating team activities to ensure smooth operations. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of handling high transaction volumes and resolving issues efficiently.
**Your main duties in flying with us**:
- ** Financial Recording and Compliance**: Ensure accurate recording of transactions related to flights, NFTs, and refunds in accordance with PSAK standards; Manage and oversee payments for flights, NFTs, and refunds, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and standards applicable to the industry.
- ** Reporting & Reconciliation**:Control the month-end closing process and review key financial reports, including Sales, PTV, Revenue, and Sales Discounts; Perform reconciliation of intermediary accounts for GTN and TNPL; Prepare and present financial summaries and reports to senior management.
- ** Issue Resolution and Verification**:Verify order data to resolve issues related to payments and products; Collaborate with product and IT teams to address errors and support product development; Implement and monitor controls to prevent and detect financial discrepancies.
- ** Audit and Review**:Support financial and tax audit processes by providing necessary data and documentation; Conduct monthly reviews of finance and accounting workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency; Implement recommendations from audit findings to improve processes.
- ** Team Coordination**:Coordinate weekly activities of the Flight, NFT, and Refund teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals; Review and approve PKS (Service Level Agreements) related to flights, NFTs, and refunds.; Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and other departments.
- ** Industry Insight and Development**:Actively seek and stay updated with information regarding the OTA (Online Travel Agency) industry and related taxation; Engage in continuous professional development to enhance industry knowledge and expertise.; Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and training programs to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments.
**Mandatory belongings that you must prepare**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. A Tax Brevet certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in the retail sector, particularly in ticketing or the airline industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing financial transactions, reporting, and compliance.
