Finance Accounting Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the report to management, OJK and other stakeholders
- Manage financial reports related to budgets, assets, payables, expenses and financial model which includes Revenue Model, Expense Model, Business Roll Out, Profit & Loss, and Sensitivity Analysis
- Manage the process of reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
- Manage the liaise and communication with stakeholders (group, external and internal auditor, regulators and etc)
- Manage the treasury functions and banking finance operation team
- Provide accounting advice on bank and multifinance products and initiatives
- Develop finance system, policies and procedures and the control processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Have working experiences as Finance & Accounting manager at Multifinance, Leasing Company or Bank min. 8 years
- Have commercial and business awareness
- Have a good communication skills in English - both written and verbal
- Have a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Able to stick to time constraints
- Have negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to Rp40,000,000 per month
