Finance & Accounting Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:- Financial Planning and Analysis: _- Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.- Conduct variance analysis to assess financial performance against budgets and forecasts.- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.- Budgeting and Forecasting: _- Coordinate the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads.- Monitor and update financial forecasts regularly to reflect changes in the business environment.- Ensure budgets align with the company's strategic objectives.- Financial Reporting: _- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts- Monitor financial report detail, highlight and analyse the key points to maximize financial result and efficiency- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and legal regulations met.- Cash Flow Management: _- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity needs are met.- Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize working capital.- Risk Management: _- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.- Open minded and update about economic trends, industry changes, and regulatory.- Audit and Compliance_- Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.- Team Leadership: _- Supervise and lead the finance team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.**QUALIFICATION**- Require a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field- At least three to five years of experience in related positions
