Finance & Accounting Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Planning and Analysis: _
- Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to assess financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: _
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads.
- Monitor and update financial forecasts regularly to reflect changes in the business environment.
- Ensure budgets align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Financial Reporting: _
- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts
- Monitor financial report detail, highlight and analyse the key points to maximize financial result and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and legal regulations met.
- Cash Flow Management: _
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity needs are met.
- Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize working capital.
- Risk Management: _
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Open minded and update about economic trends, industry changes, and regulatory.
- Audit and Compliance_
- Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: _
- Supervise and lead the finance team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Require a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least three to five years of experience in related positions
