To ensure that we are able to serve the nation for another 50 years, we are undergoing a digital transformation; strengthening and expanding our solid business pillars by developing new digital business initiatives.Our vision is to enlight all the people in Indonesia with all the knowledge we have.Responsible for accounting, bookkeeping and administration in daily basis and timely financial closing in monthly basis, with minimum late adjustments.Produce financial statements or other financial reports as required by managements.Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of monthly and yearly financial statementsEstablish process within Finance and Accounting team to ensure efficiency and effective closing processAnalyse financial impacts of new business cycle/products and ensure the appropriate recordings in financial statementsAssist with Financial Audit, to ensure satisfactory audit result and complianceDevelop and document accounting policies, financial processes and proceduresMake recommendations for improvements as neededStrong analytical and planning skills;Good communication and presentation skills;Excellent problem-solving skills;Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or ManagementMinimum 5 years of experience in financial closing cycle, financial reporting, consolidation and analyzing and enhancing financial systems and controlsWilling to be mobile (Jakarta,Bandung,Surabaya,Pontianak,Jogja,Magelang)Age Min. 35 max. 45 ( Man )Placement location Jkt (Kemang & Permata Hijau)Preferably have been in a Holding Company at least in industry (hospitality property retail)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly motivated to meet and exceed expectationsHighly organized with strong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience in Big 4 Accounting Firm is a plusAxapta system will be advantageExperience and knowledge in Financial Services industry is a mustDesire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentStrong leadership skills and a motivated self starter
