Responsible for accounting, bookkeeping and administration in daily basis and timely financial closing in monthly basis, with minimum late adjustments.
Produce financial statements or other financial reports as required by managements.
Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of monthly and yearly financial statements
Establish process within Finance and Accounting team to ensure efficiency and effective closing process
Analyse financial impacts of new business cycle/products and ensure the appropriate recordings in financial statements
Assist with Financial Audit, to ensure satisfactory audit result and compliance
Develop and document accounting policies, financial processes and procedures
Make recommendations for improvements as needed
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial closing cycle, financial reporting, consolidation and analyzing and enhancing financial systems and controls
Willing to be mobile (Jakarta,Bandung,Surabaya,Pontianak,Jogja,Magelang)

Preferably have been in a Holding Company at least in industry (hospitality property retail)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated to meet and exceed expectations
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in Big 4 Accounting Firm is a plus
Axapta system will be advantage
Experience and knowledge in Financial Services industry is a must
Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Strong leadership skills and a motivated self starter
