**JOB PURPOSE**
Our company is on the lookout for eager, fresh graduates with a profound interest in Artificial Intelligence, particularly in the domain of Generative AI and GPT, to join our AI Task Force.
As an AI Task Force, your primary responsibility will be to boost the adoption and effective use of AI tools to develop integrative AI solutions, amplify productivity, and promote knowledge and understanding in Generative AI & GPT, **for the internal team and also for our clients**. We value an innovative mindset, adaptability, and the desire to learn and grow within this rapidly evolving field.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Solid interest in and understanding of Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI and GPT.
- While no specific coding skills or familiarity with AI platforms are required, a basic understanding of how AI models are trained will be beneficial
- Proficiency in Prompt engineering in GPT & Generative AI (midjourney, stable diffusion, DallE).
- Robust research skills to stay updated about the latest developments in AI.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required for this role, especially for the function of prompt engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with different departments.
- Ability to organize and conduct trainings and workshops.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
**SCOPE OF WORK**
- **Accelerate AI Tool Usage**: You will collaborate closely with different departments (_Performance Marketing, Business Dev, Marketing, Data Science, etc._) to understand their specific challenges and needs, integrating the right Prompt engineering and AI solutions to their operations. You will drive the education of employees regarding these tools through training sessions, 1 on 1 trainings, and workshops, hence fast-tracking their acceptance and maximizing their benefits.
- **AI Tool Scouting**: Continuously stay updated to the latest AI tools and technologies through diligent research. Evaluate these technologies in the context of our company's needs and operational workflow. Conduct feasibility studies and effectively integrate beneficial tools into our existing infrastructure.
- **Adapting AI to Customer Needs**: Work closely with our product team, data science and performance marketing teams to understand and anticipate customer needs to design and implement AI solutions that provide enhanced value.
- **AI Product Development**: collaborate with Development & Marketing teams to Innovate and integrate these AI solutions into our existing systems and products.
- **Continuous Learning and Innovation**: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data Artificial Intelligent tools. Explore innovative approaches and technologies to improve AI implementation and drive innovation within the organization.
