Finance & Accounting Sr Staff

**Your main duties in flying with us**:

- Accounting Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), General Ledger (GL), Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Financial Operations Oversight: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes.
- Regulatory Reporting: Coordinate all aspects of regulatory reporting with precision.
- Daily Transactions: Post daily accounting transactions.
- Financial Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly consolidated financial performance reports.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Consolidate mid-month and month-end forecasts as well as yearly budgets.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Perform other ad hoc reporting and analysis as assigned.
- Tax Law Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

**Mandatory belongings that you must prepare**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting.
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- At least 3 years of working experience in corporate accounting or accounting consulting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
