Finance & Accounting Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily enter key data of financial transactions (AP/AR, incoming payment/outgoing payment, and journal entry) into the database (SAP)
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
- Compile and sort invoices and checks
- Check and filing the tax report from the tax consultant
- Filing and updating business partners data (customers & vendors)
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department and other related departments
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept

**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in accounting and finance
- **Fluent in English, both oral and written is a MUST.**:

- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures and principles
- Competency in MS Office (Microsoft word, excel, outlook) and accounting software preferably SAP B1
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and deadline
- Honest and an initiative person, able to work autonomously and as a team member
- Personal effectiveness skills in planning, organizing, managing time and priorities

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting & Finance: 2 years (preferred)
