Job Responsibility Finance Accounting Tax at SmilePay: Finance Accounting Tax
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for submitting accounting statements / filing tax statements / financial reports
2. Responsible for recapping daily transactions and keeping track of profit and budget;
3. Cash and bank receipt and payment processing, making accounting vouchers, bank reconciliation, document review, issuing and keeping bills;
4. Preparation, filing and storage of accounting documents;
5. Registration and management of fixed assets;
6. Responsible for external liaison with banks, taxation and other departments;
7. Complete other daily routine work.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must have at least a (Degree/Diploma/SMK) or equivalent in a related field
Minimal 1 years of work experience in a related field
Must have fluent spoken and written in English
Must have basic experience with Spreadsheet / Excel
Understand the principles and procedures of bookkeeping and record-keeping
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
Working in Payment Gateway experienced will be a plus point
Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
