- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Ensure financial data accuracy.
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Manage invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Ensure timely financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze budget variances.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting and tax roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
