Finance, Accounting, Tax Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the entire financial operations, including the daily transactions and financial reporting.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and regulations.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations, such as invoicing, payroll, and other transactions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial data, report, and act on financial discrepancies.
- Comply with local and federal tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and ensure timely tax payments.
- Advise on cost-saving methods and financial forecasting.
- Implement updated accounting practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to strategize on financial planning and budgeting.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional accounting and finance experience.
- **Proficiency in accounting software and tools (SAP)**.
- Proficient in **English** or **Mandarin**.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current financial and accounting regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to be place in **Elang Laut/Cengkareng Area**.

Pay: Rp16,000,000 - Rp19,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
