Manages all activities from invoices received /issued to payments/receipts and updates of the financial system

Maintain accurate financial records of payables/receivables transactions

Keeps track of all payments expense invoices and statements

Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

Responds to stakeholders' inquiries swiftly

Proactively engage with the stakeholders to implement improvements to the payment and receivables processes
Min. bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting

Had 1 or more years of experience in Finance in a distribution company or e-commerce industry

Excellent knowledge of managing working capital and budget control

Must have a great knowledge of Accounting and Tax

Able to manage stakeholders and act as a business partner to other related stakeholders

Had interest in automation and system development related to finance

Willing to work in a 1-year contract based
