Finance, Accounting, Tax Supervisor - Corporate Office

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the accounting department. Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the general ledger. Review and reconcile general ledger accounts. Prepare and review financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Assist in the implementation of financial systems and process improvements. Provide guidance and training to accounting staff. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Preferably having experienced in accounting firm. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
