**Job Description**:
- ** Develop and maintain financial analysis** and reporting activities for the organization (in collaboration with our finance director in India)
- ** Prepare financial reports** and account reconciliation reports according to company policies on a periodic basis
- ** Assist tax documents** for the timely filing of company tax (collaboration with tax consultant)
- Assist in managing **account payable and receivable** activities
- ** Administer payroll activities** as well as oversee vendor payments etc
- ** HR and employee** contracts, benefits, salary payments, BPJS
- ** Legal support** for contract creation, coordination with legal consultant in case required
- ** Ensure timely management** of all bill payments and customer invoicing in accordance with set deadlines
- Manage **vendor procurement** and **aftersales** process
- Support the **extension or creation of Kitas or work visa**:
- ** Reporting to BKPM **according to the Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) regulatory framework
- (optional)**:bookkeeping**, journal entries
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate with a major in **Finance & Accountancy**
- Excellent **written** and **verbal** communication skills in English and Indonesian
- ** Proficient in utilizing various tools** including Google Tools, Microsoft Tools, Journal ID, Clockify, Slack, etc
- Thrives **under pressure** with a **self-driven spirit**, excels in communication and coordination with teams abroad
- Passionate about **establishing connections** and **effective communication** to foster and maintain relationships with employees, clients and vendors
- ** Ready to jump in and contribute **at Ekipa as soon as possible
- 5+ years of experience
- A **dynamic** and **proactive individual** who consistently takes the initiative
- Preferable based in Jakarta
