Finance Administrative Officer

Job Descriptions:

- Handling and verifying incoming & outgoing finance documents
- Handling Company Reimbursement and Disbursement by inputting into the system
- Assisting in inputting daily branch transaction
- Helping in preparing the documents needed for the Financial / Branch Audit
- Supporting / Liaise with other departments related to finance administration
- Create Payment Request and all admin work related to Finance
- Ensure SOP is properly implemented in Branch Operation

**Job Qualifications**:

- Advanced in Microsoft Excel skill
- Experience using financial accounting software (Preferably Oracle)
- Solid knowledge of financial procedures
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Finance Operation (Account Payable, Account Receivable & Pettycash)
