Purpose
- Managing function of accounting, taxation, treasury, compliance and reporting as well as supporting planning package
- Responsible for financial reporting package, primarily statutory and actual balance in accordance with relevant accounting standards, law and regulations
- Solid fundamental of day-to-day accounting operations, covering recognitions, measurement and presentation-disclosure of business transactions
- Pro-actively communicate, follow up and solve problems cross-functionally and to external stakeholders, including but not limited to bank and auditors
- Lead and responsible for record managements
Principal Accountabilities
- Responsible for preparation of complete set financial statements, both for statutory and actual closing balance end-to-end, including accurate, complete and timely reconciliation
- Review all the accrual, deferral, tax-related, closing journal entries and ensure alignment with relevant standard and policies
- Completing SAP report and business partnering with FP&A function to provide comprehensive control and analysis over financial statements
- Review account reconciliation on monthly basis, including with supporting data for audit purposes
- Review OPEX from recognitions, measurement and presentation-disclosure as well as cost center and Chart of Accounts appropriateness
- Completing Business and/ or Finance Report with recurring and/ or ad-hoc basis
- Managing achievement of working capital, particularly for collections and payment management
- Review cashflow forecast and variance analysis as well as managing healthy level of treasury
- Performing stock take procedures with business partnering to internal/ external stakeholders
- Review and submit monthly/quarterly/yearly report and provide accountability for those reports to cluster or other relevant stakeholders
- Lead data submission progress for tax audit and managing progress of tax audit end-to-end
- Ensure smoothness and compliances of tax operational, covering local regulations and good transfer pricing practices
Qualification & Experience
- University Degree in Accounting
- Min. 8 years experience in accounting
- Having relevant experience for using SAP or other similar ERP
- Having good understanding and knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP/ IFRS)
- Ability to deal effectively with cross-functional environments
- Having good exposure of leadership and teamwork
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills and systematic way of work
- Able to work independently with minimum coaching
