Job Description
Oversee financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statements and reconciliations.
Coordinate financial budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making.
Ensure tax compliance and manage tax return preparation and filing.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
Provide financial analysis to support strategic planning and cost optimization.
Lead and mentor finance accounting team for effectiveness and development.
Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and stakeholders.
Stay updated on accounting standards and industry best practices.
Participate in special projects to support project objectives.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Finance Accounting Manager or in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Thorough understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations, with hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze large datasets and create financial models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Leadership and management abilities, with experience in leading and developing a team of finance professionals.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and ethics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
