Finance And Accounting Staff

**Company Description****Role Description**This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Staff. The role will be responsible for end-to-end financial processes, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and communicating financial information to management. This position will work closely with other departments, such as Operations and Administration.**Key Responsibilities**- Process invoices- Process payroll- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions- Accounts payable and accounts receivable- Communicating with clients directly- Update internal systems with financial data- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports- Reconcile bank statements- Participate in financial audits- Track bank deposits and payments**Qualifications**- Experienced in invoicing and accounts payable- Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis- Fluency in finance concepts and principles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field- Relevant professional certification or advanced degree is a plus- Experience working in education or tutoring industry is a plusApplication Question(s):- How would you rate your English language skills? 1/10- We must fill this position urgently.
