Finance And Accounting Staff

**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Staff. The role will be responsible for end-to-end financial processes, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and communicating financial information to management. This position will work closely with other departments, such as Operations and Administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Process invoices

Process payroll

Keep accurate records for all daily transactions

Accounts payable and accounts receivable

Communicating with clients directly

Update internal systems with financial data

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

Reconcile bank statements

Participate in financial audits

Track bank deposits and payments

**Qualifications**:
Experienced in invoicing and accounts payable

Fluent in English (Professional level)

Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis

Fluency in finance concepts and principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Relevant professional certification or advanced degree is a plus

Experience working in education or tutoring industry is a plus

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
