**Role Description & Responsibilities**
- Acting as the Main local coordinator between Geo/Local Finance, APAC Finance Share Service (SSC), local accounting and taxation service providers for local accounting, finance, taxation related administrative matters.
- Manage daily incoming finance documentation, i.e. invoice, letter, statements, statutory and taxation related etc. Ensure all the documents distribute to the appropriate teams and filing the documents in the organized manner for audit trials
- Ensure the Procure to pay process to be followed and complied with the company policy and procedure, not limited to the following:
- Local Tax signer for all the local taxation submission, i.e.
- Company Income Tax Return
- Support Geo Tax team during local tax audit, including local communication (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Prepare and submit annual insurance renewals
- Act as local Compliance Officer by participating in relevant trainings, and reporting any issues noted
- Support Revenue Growth through efficient and effective financial controls and processes
- Facilitate understanding by Sales teams of Dassault financial and compliance processes, where this is required.
- Oversee the issue of all invoices for Software licences and subscriptions, working with Dassault sales and CTC teams, and customers as required
**Qualifications**
- Possess a Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or Similar
- 4-5 years of work experience in Business or Accounting
- Demonstrated experience in a complex and dynamics MNC Organisation including Management of financial and administrative processes; stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of financial processes and general Compliance topics
