Finance Bookkeeping Member Intern

We are running foodspot.co.id, the largest corporate F&B online delivery platform. We serve many corporate clients and issuing many invoices. Looking for finance intern with job description below.

1.? ?Help Finance to create invoices and submit coupa

2.? ?Collecting Support Document for submit Invoice (Purchase Order, Goods Received Note, Delivery Orders/ Surat Jalan/ Service Delivery Acceptance/ BAST (authorized by the goods or service receiver) to Vendors/ Customers.

3.? ?Preparing Hardcopy Invoice to be sent to customers.

4.? ?Archive Receipt Delivery invoice and re-ensure that Invoice sent has been received by Customer.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rp500,000 - Rp700,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
