**Team Introduction**:
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team have built a world class platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

The business team is an important part of Tiktok, which provides leading digital payments and financial services. The finance business partner team strategically manages risks and provides advice to support the sustainable development of the company's business through financial analysis, identifying key issues, supporting decision-making, and improving of operational efficiency. The team also provides continuous and strong support and services for the business, from a financial perspective and analyses the financial reports of other companies but also look at the important measures behind them to guide our business initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial budget management**: Improve and optimize the international payment business budget management system, provide financial support for business budget formulation, assist in achieving management goals, conduct regular data monitoring, analyze significant budget differences, improve business efficiency, and make pre planning for the business;
**2. Business analysis**: Establish and improve a business model analysis system related to international payments, regularly output analysis reports, disassemble key business indicators, build corresponding dashboards, and track and monitor the potential impact of business indicator movements on financial data, construct a financial evaluation system, and output adjustment suggestions;
**3. Financial report output**: Produce department/business line/project dimension reports, analyze and review budget execution and various business operations, identify potential problems and alert risks, and conduct special analysis on different projects;
4. Recommend, develop and implement projects and programs that guide the business for winning strategies to grow profitability and efficiency i.e. Pricing strategies, partner negotiations and cost optimisation plans.
**5. Key project follow-up**: Collaborate with internal teams to solve relevant problems encountered in each project, establish corresponding ROI evaluation systems based on different project types, conduct investment return analysis, and improve the efficiency of resource utilization;
**6. Financial process optimization**: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to improve and enhance financial processes, and provide solutions to improve the accuracy of management reports;
7. From a global and macro perspective, gain insight into the industry ecosystem, compare competitive performance, understand the inherent logic of different businesses, and conduct systematic thinking and output through information integration and data analysis.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance and Business background is preferred;
2. 5+ years of work experience, with experience in financial related industries such as payment and credit preferred; 4 years or more of financial BP related work experience is preferred;
3. Work with a sense of responsibility, proactive, strong learning ability, able to think independently, highly self driven and responsible;
4. Strong data driven mindset with high proficiency in various office software including MS Excel/ Google Sheets & Powerpoint / Google Slides.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Strong logical thinking ability, able to solve complex problems through independent learning; demonstrate strong learning ability with willingness to learn;
2. Having financial and financial certificates is preferred, such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, CMA, etc;
3. Familiar with the payment or loan industries in Southeast Asia is a priority.
