Finance Cod Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile cash on delivery ("COD") tracking IDs which will be disbursed to the sellers(shippers) within certain period
- Ensure the recapitulation of reconciled COD within certain period is complete and appropriate to the right sellers
- Prepare COD disbursement lists and bank transfer lists to each shipper
- Actively communicate with the shipper's sales PIC about any updates from shippers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in finance (Accounting, Management, Economics, etc)
- Max. 27 years old
- Skilled in Ms. Office, especially in Ms. Excel
- High level of literacy and numeracy skills
- Well organized and able to meet deadlines
- Have good communication, good attitude, and able to establish effective internal and external working relationship with people across different departments
- Able to work in team and create good collaboration
- Able to develop innovative and practical solutions to challenges
- Responsible for every action taken
