**General information**:Lead and drive local Common Shared Service (CSS) front office in close cooperation with regional CSS Center to provide cost-efficient and competitive services to the business in line with Group standards and best practices. In addition, support the Country Finance Director in securing finance related local fiduciary duties, compiling local statutory GAAP books, and other local reporting. Ensure continuous process improvement and a good internal control in accounting and reporting processes.**Your responsibilities**:- You will develop and implement strategic plan for the CSS Finance Front office and participates in strategic planning as a member of the Finance Director's management team, coordinate preparation and enforce the CSS Finance front office budget and guide, motivate, develop and set targets for the CSS Finance front office staff and the CSS Finance front office as a whole.-- You will drive implementation of best practices and continuous optimization of local processes to gain efficiencies and drive productivity gains, drive harmonization and standardization locally in line with global solutions and best practices and assists in development of global solutions.-- You will manage relationship with business partners to ensure that services are defined and delivered as agreed develop and maintain Service Level Agreements with business partners, arrange and drive internal customer review meetings on a regular basis and tracks mutually agreed action plan.-- You will enforce Hitachi Energy's global Accounting Standards, compliance with Hitachi Energy Accounting and Reporting Guidelines, local GAAP and Internal Control over Financial Reporting in line with Hitachi Energy control framework and ensure transparency in financial reporting, enhance and manage internal control environment. Organize and/or support other fiduciary tasks.-- You will ensure internal/external financial audits and other statutory audits are handled with high standards and in a professional manner and the findings are addressed and resolved in a timely way.
