Finance Controller

**About the Company**:Our client is one of the multinational pioneers in the FMCG industry. Based in JakartaThey are looking for a finance controller that will report directly to the FD.**Responsibilities**:- Creating a high performing controller team through leadership- Business partnering and decision support- Collaborate with high level of stakeholders- Working with President Director and other management teams- Planning, budgeting and forecasting- Creating long term strategic planning (annual strategic planning)- Business performance management- Control, compliance and risk management**Key Requirements**- Bachelor's degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration- At least 4 years experience in an area of controlling- Experience in FMCG is a MUST- Strong analytical thinker, detail oriented and good leadership skills- Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiency.- Strong leadership abilities to build, manage and motivate teams- Excellent written and verbal communicator at all levels.- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must**Call for action**:
