**Finance Controller**:

**Your responsibilities**:
- Join us as a Finance Controller for the Electrification Business area where you will be for acting as a business partner supporting business in achieving its objectives by driving business performance.
- This position reports to the Regional Controller (APAC) and based in based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Oversee the Annual Performance Plan (Budgeting) and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serve as the interface to Global Division, Regional & Local management
- Performing financial analysis, reporting to business managers, and making suggestions to improve performance, where appropriate
- Involve in business reviews, project reviews, monitor progress achieved, provide insights to support operational decisions
- Establish cost structures and drive productivity optimization while closely monitoring cash flow and taking relevant actions to improve net working capital (NWC)
- Execute risk review procedures and processes in line with global policies and standards to minimize commercial and financial risks
- Ensure high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules
- Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines/procedures and external regulatory requirements. Supporting internal and external audits
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with relevant Controllers, Accounting Center, Treasury and other stakeholders to identify and discuss issues and suggest improvements
**Your background**:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (professional certification like CA/CMA/CPA is preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar finance controller role in a global matrix multinational environment
- Working knowledge of USGAAP
- Hands on experience of working in SAP (FI,CO) and well versed with MS Office
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia required
