**Job Descriptions****:
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions also controlling, monitoring, and analyzing operational and financial processes.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
- Manage AP and schedule payment.
- Identify areas of inefficiency and proposing new strategies to tackle them.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial systems, policies, and procedures.
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation and to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (Tax, Bank of Indonesia and Customs Office) and reporting requirements.
- Supervise and manage financial department and other related functions/ departments.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors to prepare and submit audited financial statements.
- Assist the Directors in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
**Requirements****:
- At least 10 years of working experience in the same field, preferably as a Manager.
- Have experience leading teams or organizations.
- Have experience handling sizeable amounts of financial data and creating analysis.
- Have experience working on multiple companies' consolidation / combined financial reports.
- Have experience in handling tax audits, especially on transfer pricing documents.
- Have experience in payroll and/or design payroll structure.
- Have the ability to operate computers and excellent skills in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Have the ability to use accounting software.
- Have been involved in an information system design process.
- Have knowledge of customs regulation in general, especially bonded zone.
- Demonstrate good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate integrity and good interpersonal skills.
- Have good communication in English, both oral and written.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Salatiga/Semarang.
