Our client is a growing F&B business in Indonesia. We seek an experienced Finance Director for them,**Key Responsibilities**:- **Financial Strategy**: Develop and execute strategies aligned with company goals.- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Lead budgeting and forecasting for accurate financial projections.- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare timely income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance.- **Cost Control**: Implement measures for cost optimization.- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and lead the finance team.- **Financial Compliance**: Ensure regulatory compliance.- **Financial Analysis**: Analyze to support decision-making.- **Taxation**: Manage tax planning and compliance.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
