- 1. Develops and maintains financial systems.- 2. Plans, directs, and controls accounting and financial operations.- 3. Prepares reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review.- 4. Ensures that accurate records are kept by standard practices.- 5. Establishes budgets, forecasts future cash flows, provides periodic financial analysis.- 6. Monitors budget performance, expenditure control.- 7. Manages invoicing procedures to collect money owed by clients/customers.-
