Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at IBMC, you will play a key role in overseeing our financial operations and driving strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience working in international companies, possess strong proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and have a background in business consulting or agency work.

Tasks Manage and oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Analyze financial performance and provide insightful recommendations to management. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and financial reporting standards. Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and drive growth. Provide guidance in finance and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Requirements Fresh graduates with a master's degree in the relevant field are preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with minimum 3 years of working experience are welcome to apply Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in an international company/agency. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Experience in business consulting or agency work is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
