Persyaratan
- Education & Field : Degree in Finance, Accounting
- Year(s) of Experience : + 5 years in finance, +4 years in accounting
- Have : Funding round experience including IPO, strategy planning & accounting.
- Banking Connections, International Finance Experience.
- Maximum 48 years old.
- Preferred have experience in group audit.
- Hands on understanding of Financial Systems (eg. SAP, Xero, JDE etc)
- Nice To Have : SaaS experience, Software, Technology, Data, Analytics
- Able to work in long hour, manage time effectively and perform tight deadlines.
- Having good problem solving skills and work under pressure circumstance
- Willing to travel

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare Financial Report and setting up the annual corporate budget plan.
- Ensure compliance with national accounting policies/ standards, national taxation policies, and meet all accounting and taxation regulatory requirements
- Lead, organize, and encourage all staffs in Finance & Accounting Department.
- Maintain good relationship with tax officers / authority, Bank and other government financial institutions.
- Have the ability to interact effectively with different levels of staff across the finance, treasury and regulatory teams the businesses
- Ensure that the Operational Risk Profiles for businesses are fairly presented
- Proactively lead complex proposals, shape opportunities in the marketplace, and participate in other business development activities
- Drive the development and use of advanced analytic approaches, methodologies, and tools to meet the risk-focused needs of our clients
- Have the ability to develop trust and creditability with all levels of senior management within their respective business units
