Finance Manager

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible in acquiring, developing, and fostering internal and external funding; optimizing company's cash in flow and investation; minimizing customer's credit risk for the company; and maintaining and developing the continuity of company operation through AR cycle.- Detail job desc:
- Prepare both sort term and long term goal for department, as well as responsible in obtaining, monitoring, and controlling company's cash-in and investation
- Manage working capital effectively and efficiently through placement of funds in banks by considering the risk and return; manage funds between divisions and foreign exchange transaction
- Create and analyze financial report, financial statement projection to lenders, principals, and capital market. Consolidate and present company's cash flow statement, both historical and forecast, as well as short term and long term projection to BOD
- Act as internal control in coordinating and leading A/R and inventory control; as convenants external monitor and submit financial reports to Bankers regarding existing credit facilities

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. bachelor degree, preferably major in financial management
- 5-7 years of experience in financial/ banking industry, which include 4 years experience in manager level
- Comprehensive knowledge about cash flow projection report, accounting report, legal features related to company and banking facilities, credit management, general banking, type of bank facility, risk and insurance management, forex market and money market
