Finance Manager

**About the Job**:
Our client is a global specialist in energy & electricity that manage a worldwide plant across 100 countries.

They are looking for Finance Manager that will be placed on Batam to oversee most of their plant site which located in Batam.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with GM Factory on cost efficiency and cost of production - effective COGM
- Making sure all the logistic and supply chain process are up to the company standard
- Evaluating, developing, and improving function controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecast
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
- Managing Finance & Accounting staff members

**Key Requirements**:

- 7+ years' experience in Finance Accounting industry.
- Experience from Big 4 or Consulting firm is a plus
- Strong Interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software
