**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the financial planning process, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed
- Mastering Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP) processes, as well as having the ability to analyze Balance Sheet reports, Cash Reports, Consolidated Reports, Tax Invoices, and an in-depth understanding of Income Tax (PPH) 21, 22, 23, and other related taxes
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of various business scenarios and investments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital, manage inventory, and improve cash flow
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax regulations and general accounting principal/standards
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing clear and concise explanations of financial results
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual accounting, and Consolidation accounting (Including overseas subsidiary) settlements
- Identify areas for process improvement within the finance function and implement best practices
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by director
**Qualification**:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Have at least 7 years of work experience in relevant role
- Have a thorough understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
- Have the ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Have a good knowledge in taxation in Indonesia
- Fluent in English both oral and written
**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp28,000,000 per month
