**About work**????????**:
Set up end-to-end and structured foundation for all finance functionalities processes
Develop and implement robust financial controls, financial policies and procedures
Responsible for various aspects of day-to-day finance operations and controls
Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and adherence to accounting principles and policies.
Preparation for monthly and quarterly reports on a timely basis to management, regional and other potential stakeholders, including insightful analysis and commentary on financial performances
Lead in annual budget and forecast process, including liaison with cross functional and departments
Monitor financial performance of the company in accordance with budgets and forecasts
Manage and optimize cash flow, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization
Serves as business partner and work closely with business units, other corporate functions and regional finance team as part of the management team providing professional expertise and advice on financial related matters.
Perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned
