Finance Manager - Logistics

**About The Company**:
Our client is a group of company that serves logistics services, seeking for Finance and Accounting Manager to manage its whole financial operations for all subsidiaries.

You will be reporting directly to the Owner. This is a critical role where your reporting and presentation skills are required.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Prepare the company's financial statements in a timely manner and accurately
- Prepare and maintain cash flow analysis as needed
- Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to the management
- Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
- Liaise closely with Tax Authorities and ensure internal tax compliance

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related Degree
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in logistics companies would be preferred
- Work experience in the holding company is required
- Good communication skill and presentation skill
- Good leadership skills
