Finance O2C - Billing & Collection (6 Months

We are looking for a Finance Executive, responsible to support the Order to Cash team for Zalora Indonesia

**Responsibilities**:

- Create Invoice & Tax Invoice for Zalora Services
- Compile & Bookkeeping Tax Invoice of Commission from e-retailer transaction
- AR Collection Process to Customer (Sent SOA, Reminder, Dunning Letter)
- Follow Up and align with Local & Regional team for unbilled revenue listing
- Another task related Account Receivable

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with Accounting Software (preferable in SAP)
- 0-1 year of experience
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- Pro-active and good team player
- Good Communication in English
- Mature and able to work independently
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Open for 6 months contract role
