PT. Merhati Keluarga Medika is a healthcare company that focuses in innovative pharmaceutical and medical device products. We are now seeking a _**Finance Officer **_as the team continues to grow and develop into its next phase.
**I. Qualifications & Requirements**
- At least 3 (three) years of relevant experience in similar positions, and experience and knowledge in exporting & importing is an added bonus
- A minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Actuarial Studies from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Jurnal or in similar accounting softwares, as well as the Indonesian taxation programs (e-faktur, e-pajak, e-spt, etc)
- Great analytical skills and an eye for detail (accuracy) without sacrificing timeliness (must be on time)
- Must be able to speak English both written and verbal, as you will deal with international vendors and management
- Must be able to work under pressure under tight deadlines
- Must be self-motivated with a high discipline, even under minimum supervision
- Must be willing to work in Permata Hijau, Jakarta Selatan and/or Pondok Kopi, Jakarta Timur
**II. Role & Responsibilities**
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly budgets and financial statements in an accurate and timely manner
- Managing collections & accounts receivables - ensuring all revenue and reimbursements to the company are billed and paid promptly
- Managing collections & accounts payable; ensuring all payments to external parties and vendors including utilities, BPJS, etc are paid accurately within the deadlines
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions on accounting softwares such as Jurnal by Mekari and others if needed
- Reconciling bank statements periodically as agreed
- Preparing and assisting auditors when needed
- Perform other related duties as required

- Base salary
- Daily meal & transportation allowance
- BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan (insurance)
Pay: Rp600,000,000 - Rp1,500,000,000 per month
