Finance Operations & Treasury Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for financial transactions and budget preparation.
- Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Maintaining an up-to-date summary of the company's current cash position.
- Effectively manage the collection of cash from debtors.
- Plan, advise and implement actions to ensure that the company operates within its planned cash resources.
- Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to Management.
- Analyzing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities.
- Overseeing cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting.
- Managing treasury operations and controls.
- Managing banking relationships.
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration is required.
- Eight years or more of related experience required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)
