**About the Company**:
Our client a Multinational company that focus on Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings are looking for experienced Finance Project Controller from EPC Industry or similar business line to help them ensure the project budget and forecast are going on the right track.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain project WBS including revenue and billing
- Monitor and maintain contract reconciliation
- Establish and maintain project budgets, and overall cost control
- Prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) and variance analysis (budget vs actual)
- Drive project profitability and other performance metrics
- Ensure timely and accurate project billings
- Track, reconcile and work to minimize project unbilled balances
- Prepare risk and opportunity assessments; develop and execute plan to mitigate risks
- Prepare ad hoc project reporting and analysis as required
- Prepare detailed monthly project rolling forecasts
- Participate in monthly project review meetings
- Timely and accurate project settlement, prepare month end project journal entries
- Schedule review meetings with project stakeholders.
- Work with the Project Operations stakeholders to update them with information related to project costing and review process.
- Help building and maintaining project tracking dashboards used for project estimation and approvals
- Assist in ERP system migration activities. Manage data and assist is preparing templates for data migration.
- Always maintain an effective and efficient project documentation.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of work experience
- Experience in EPC or similar industry would be a plus.
- Strong interest in project finance, forecasting, estimation, particularly revenue recognition policies
- Strong business partnership & delivery of results in a matrix environment
- Computer proficient and some proficiency in Microsoft excel is a must
- Proven communication skills
