We are looking for Finance Risk Controller
**As Finance Risk Controller we rely on you to**:
Supervise Cost Control, Receiving, Storeroom, IA and support General Ledger
Check quantiy order according to monthly consumption (business level)
Check & approve daily Receive of Food & Beverage Puchase
Reporting to the Finance Controller
Attend & Report Yield Test,Outlet Spot check, Month-end physical inventory count, monthly Cost Control Report, month-end Journals
Prepare menu costing
Ensure full compliance on Shangri-La Food Safety Management System
Daily Check on Payment Requisition & making daily journal
**We are looking for someone who are**:
Bachelor Degree from Reputable University Major in Accounting
High proficiency in English, both written & spoken
Experience in similar capacity of Interational Luxury Hotel Chain minimum of 2 years
Knowledgeable of Food Saftey Management System or ISO 22000:2018
MS Office Skills (Excell, Words, PPT, etc)
Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
Self motivated & Good Leadership Skills
