**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting.
- Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of at least 3 years in a Financial services department within the web hosting or IT industry is required.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and cost accounting.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
